Loft Conversion, Stithians

I am delighted to be able to provide a reference for Rob Matthews of RJM Construction. We employed RJM Construction to build a large loft conversion during the summer of 2016.

Rob quoted for the job with thought and accuracy and then gave us a schedule of works.

Throughout the build, the communication was excellent, Rob ‘owned’ the job at all times whilst always consulting us (as the clients). We felt involved but confident that external matters, such as dealing with the building inspectors and other trades were being handled with efficiency and skill.

Rob kept both to the agreed budget and the timescale.

The finished product exceeded our expectations. The build quality was superb and the finishing was excellent. We struggled to find any ‘snags’ to review!

I would happily and confidently recommend Rob for a building project and we will use him again for any future work.
